Yin Yoga

Yin classes offer a seamless dance of Yang and Yin energies. Our journey begins with a brief, invigorating Yang flow to warm up the body, strengthen muscles, and foster body awareness. Then the heart of the class is dedicated to Yin practice, allowing a mindful focus on elongating connective tissues in the hips, back, and body meridians. Each stretch pose is held generously for 3-5 minutes, offering a profoundly rejuvenating stretch. Join me in this delicious practice, creating a space for deep nourishment and revitalization.

Vinyasa Flow class is a rhythmic movement flow that might feel a bit like a dance as you transition through the postures. This class fosters a deep connection between mindful breath and body movement and is more dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced than Yin or beginners' yoga classes.
