I'm delighted to extend a special offer just for you.
My intention is to ensure you feel your absolute best—fully supported, nurtured, and empowered throughout this incredible journey. These classes are designed to seamlessly complement your existing fitness routine or enhance your ongoing yoga practice, if you're already on that journey.
While group prenatal and postnatal classes provide a wonderful space for connecting with a community of moms, these private sessions are all about you. Plus, you can enjoy the practice in the comfort of your home - I come to you.
 
We will discuss and focus on what your body needs each week and month as baby grows, and I'll be right there with you, guiding your practice every step until empowered safe and successful delivery.
 
Recognizing that every birth story is one-of-a-kind, we will tailor your post-delivery recovery to match your body's individual needs, addressing any challenges you might face post-birth. This will be a time to give yourself much-needed self-love and a moment to take a breath for yourself. I find this individual approach very effective, providing focused attention to uplift and help new moms effectively regain their footing during this special, venerable, and most demanding time.
